The data collected from the participants were evaluated by subjecting them to content analysis. In the research, the method of “metaphor' was used to collect data on the concept of emotional relations in the workplace. In this context, the sample of the research consists of 10 cabin crew (five women and five men) working in the civil aviation sector in Turkey. Purposive sampling method was used in the selection of the participants. For this aim, the research was directed by using the phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research designs. The aim of this research is to reveal different aspects of the concept of emotional relations in the workplace through metaphors. These emotional relationships, which include sexual attraction between two employees and are based on mutual desires, are different from sexual harassment behaviors that are not accepted in any organization. In this relationship, employees are mutually interested in each other and share their personal information and feelings. The emotional relationship experienced in the workplace refers to the physical and spiritual attraction between two people working in the same workplace. Emotional relationships in the workplace are an important workplace relationship that is affected by the dynamics of working life.
